Service Description
A grapple bucket on a mini skid steer offers increased versatility and efficiency, making it ideal for handling and transporting bulky materials like brush, logs, and debris. Add it to your rental at an affordable rate. Helpful Info: Our equipment is located in Brooksville, FL. Currently, we offer round-trip delivery for our equipment. The delivery fee is $220 within 20 miles of our location. For each additional mile, there is a $2 charge. A $150 security deposit is required for all rentals, along with a valid Driver's License and a signed Rental Agreement/Liability Wavier. All bookings must be made through our website. Round-Trip deliveries are scheduled for 8:00 AM MON-FRI. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, we’ll email you a rental agreement and liability waiver to sign prior to delivery. Our machines will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the time of rental. The machine must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the machine is returned with less than a full tank, a $50 refuel charge will be deducted from your security deposit. Our machines will be provided in clean condition at the time of rental. The machine must be returned in the same clean condition. If the machine is returned dirty, a $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
1. Rental Agreement: By renting equipment from Earth Movers Equipment Rental (“Company”), the renter (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. 2. Rental Period: The rental period begins upon delivery and ends when the equipment is returned in the same condition. Late returns may incur additional charges. 3. Rental Fees & Payments: All fees must be paid in full before delivery. Additional charges may apply for excessive wear, damage, or late returns. 4. Equipment Use & Responsibility: Customer agrees to use the equipment safely and only as intended. They are responsible for all damage, loss, or theft during the rental period and must follow all local laws and safety regulations. 5. Maintenance & Repairs: Customer must handle daily maintenance (e.g., fluid checks, cleanliness). Any damage or issues must be reported immediately. Misuse-related repairs will be charged to the Customer. 6. Liability & Insurance: The Company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from equipment use. The Customer is responsible for securing any necessary insurance. 7. Return Conditions: Equipment must be returned clean and operational. $75 cleaning fee if returned dirty (deducted from deposit) $150 repair fee for poor condition (deducted from deposit) $50 refueling fee if tank is not full (deducted from deposit) 8. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations receive 50% back. No refunds for early returns. 9. Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to equipment use. 10. Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of the state where the rental occurs. Renting equipment indicates acceptance of these terms.
